    Description

      All links in our tables of contents that include ä ü ö - ( ) doesn't work. This probably also include other special characters.

      If you click such link the URL changes but the site doesn't jump to the correct chapter.

      This bug only appears in Firefox. In IE and Chrome the links work properly.
