View Workbox my notifications and my tasks in the Confluence Dashboard

      I have a number of tasks that I've created myself (personal tasks) and tasks that others have assigned to me using the @username syntax. I can access these via the Workbox dropdown in my Confluence Inbox. However, I'd like to be able to see these in my Jira Dashboard (perhaps as a gadget) so that I have one central location to view the status of all my projects, tasks and issues in one place.
