JIRA issues macro: header of table "title, date..." does not exist anymore when copying an existing macro

      Bugs in the JIRA Issues macro are preventing us from adding new releases to our changelog here https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CRUCIBLE/Crucible+2.10+Changelog

      • "Insert" button does not work from Firefox whatever was broken at the time appears fixed now
      • Title, Date and Number of Issues header does not exist anymore, even when copied from an existing macro, and is not an option in the macro editor

      This is a major blocker for us, as we have high profile customers who will not upgrade without the release notes.
