Help Tip taking up valuable screen real estate in the Confluence Editor

      I ran into this issue when I was trying to update the stylesheet in the JIRA space. Please see the attached screenshots and you will see the problem: the Help Tip is persistent and cannot be dismissed. This means that that amount of space available to edit the style sheet is very narrow.

      Can we add something to this Help Tip to make it dismissable? I couldn't find a way to get rid of it.
