Create from Template macro in no longer create page as child

We have a "Create from Template" macro in a page named "Foo" using the Meeting Notes template. The macro is not creating the new page as a child of "Foo," but is saving under "Home" instead.

Expected behavior:
Create the page from template and save as child of the "Foo" page where the button is used.
