[ BP decision] If we change the template of decision, button "track another decision" won't work anymore

      Steps:

      • Login as admin
      • Go to global templates
      • Edit Template of "decision" and save
      • Create a BO decision
      • Go to BP decision index page
        Expected result:
      • Button "track another decision" when click can open the dialog
        Actual result:
      • Button "track another decision" when clicked does nothing
