Essentially this request is asking would it be possible to move a particular template to the top of the list of templates, ie. move a custom template to where the Blank Page template currently sits in the create page console.
This feature would need to be able to do this for a custom global template, as well as a custom space template. If a template is made default for a space, it would take precedence over the default global template.
