Hey Atlassians Team,

We are using 5.1.3 at the moment. The Anchor macro is not working correctly and we want to ask when it will be fixed.

Issue:

A part of the Head Toolbar(Logo, Spaces, People, Browse, Create) will disappear after activating an anchor. To let the Toolbar appear again, is just possible if we leave the page.
The 2 screenshots will visualize what I am trying to explain.
