Manually re-organize favorites

      It would be helpful if we could reorganize our favorites. Ideally, we'd at least be able to move the position each favorite is currently in. Furthermore, it would be great if we could create groups of favorites to logically group together like pages (i.e., "Network", "Systems", "FAQ", etc). Instead of just having 100 favorites, doing this would make finding specific favorites easier.
