Copy and paste of images fails using IE9 browser

Steps to recreate:
1. Create a wiki page with attached images and display them in the wiki page and Save
2: Click edit and copy text and images
3. Create a blog post and paste text and images on the page and save.
4. Now the blogpost looks exactly as the wiki page
5. BUT when other users are viewing the blogpost no images are shown; probably because they're not attached.
6. But I continue as the only user to be able to see the images even after closing browser or emptying the browser cache.
