There are some rules of conditional formatting not respect by the excel connector. More information at the following screenshots:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Confluence page. (Let's name it "Excel Test" page)
2. Upload both Content_Formatting.xls file and Content_Formatting.xlsx file into the Excel Test page.
3. Insert both of the files using the Files and Images macro via "+" sign.
4. Insert both of the files using the Office Excel macro via "+" sign > Other macros.
5. Observe the previews.

Expected Behaviour

All of the four macros should be rendered properly.

Actual Behaviour

1. Preview for Files and Images macro is inconsistent.
   
2. Preview for Office Excel macro is broken.
