Macro Options Doesn't Display if the Browser's Zoom Level is Decreased

When the user changes the browser's zoom level to below 100%, the the macro options are not rendering properly, basically the Macro options disappear.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit a page in Confluence
2. Go to 'Insert > and choose a macro with options to edit it (e.g. Status Macro, TOC, Children display)
3. Decrease the browser's zoom level (e.g 90%)
4. No option will appear in the right side of the edit window of the Macro
