When a diff email is rendered, and the diff contains an attachment as the added section, the link to the attachment is rendered incorrectly.

the above is produced when the following wiki mark up is added to a page :

[^starryNight.png]

, where starryNight.png is an attachment to the page. The same problem happens with links to pages.
