Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a page using quotes between the title. In Example: This is a "Page with Quotes"
2. Click on Insert > Other Macros > Anchor, give the anchor a name. e.g: Example
3. Through the page, insert a link to the Anchor by Insert > Link > Advanced and type the name of the Anchor that you gave to this Anchor. eg: #Example
4. Save the page
5. Click on the Link to the Anchor

The Anchor function will not work. Instead of the link guide you to the Anchor, nothing will happens;

Workaround

Remove the quotes from the title.
