Global space and page restriction administration

There is no way for confluence-administrators to globally manage/update restrictions on all spaces and pages. A menu in Confluence Admin where restrictions could be managed from one central locations to only confluence-administrators would make managing and auditing restrictions easy. Clicking into each space to manage restrictions is not manageable once the space count increases.
