Space look and feel options in space admin broken

      In DR5 we all options went missing.

      In DR5a everything but Change Space Logo has gone missing.

      Acceptance tests should have picked up the DR5 problem (we have a CustomizeLogoAcceptanceTest).

      Fix and ensure that UATs are okay.
