Content by label macro are rendered with scroll bar in IE9

      The content by label macro doesn't render nicely in IE9 when included in a panel or section. In IE9, the scroll bar are shown, which are unnecessary. See screenshot for example:

      Cause:

      line-height is set in IE9

      Workaround:

      Use Chrome or upgrade to IE 10

      If the entire organization is using IE9 and not other browsers, you may apply the following customization (Confluence Admin > Look & Feel > Stylesheet):

      .content-by-label {
      line-height:normal !important;
      }

            Given the thousands of other issues we have open that are more highly requested, we won't be able to address this issue in the foreseeable future. Instead we will focus on bugs with a higher impact, and more votes.

            Thanks for taking the time to raise this issue. As you are no doubt aware this issue has been on our backlog for some time now with very little movement.

            I'm going to close this to set expectations so the issue doesn't stay open for years with few updates. If demand for this picks up, we will reopen the issue.

            Question: In the Workaround you say "If the entire organization is using IE9 and not other browsers, you may apply the following customization…" Does the workaround require the entire organization to use IE9? What happens if any other browsers are used? (like Chrome, Safari, or IE10?)

            thanks,
            John
