editor freezes when user drags selection outside body macro when page layouts are applied

Steps to reproduce

1. using FF, insert page layouts on a page
2. insert a body macro
3. insert a body macro inside the body macro in step 2
4. insert text inside the body macro in step 3
5. drag from right to left to select the text inserted in step 4, continue dragging so you go outside the bounds of the body macro

attempt to click inside the editor. There is no cursor.

Workaround (kind of)

If the amount of content is such that the user can vertically scroll inside the editor, then the cursor will be restored after scrolling. Otherwise, the user has to cancel and return to the editor.

Could not be reproduced in IE9, Chrome. Probably a FF specific issue
