Quick search placeholder text is clipped when documentation theme is enabled to search current space

In response to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-28724 the quick search placeholder text has been modified to inform uses whenever the search will only apply to the current space (This happens when documentation theme is enabled and configured to apply searches to the current space)

With the new placeholder, the text no longer fits when the quick search field is resized to its minimum width. (Simply resize the browser window to < 1280 pixels).

The placeholder will be clipped for all the following strings:

• Search this space
• Den Bereich durchsuchen
• Rechercher dans cet espace

This is an issue for Firefox and IE
