User profile macro has profile picture overlaid with text when exported to PDF

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Insert a user profile macro on to a page, then export the page to PDF

Results:
DEL-pdfexport-050413-1814-10.pdf

I've tested this with an image given for the profile picture, and the same result occurs.

Workaround
Add this CSS into PDF Stylesheet either in Confluence Admin or Space Admin/Tools:
