Special characters like "ë é è" are not saved correctly in the instructional text in a User Created Templates

      I have an User Created Template and I've added some Instructional blocks.
      In those blocks I need text with word like "offiële". But after saving it stripped from the ë character. I've tested with é, è and ë, but i guess more characters will be stripped.
