org.w3c.dom.xpath.* missing from OSGI System Bundle under Java 1.7 - breaks Gliffy

When running Confluence under Java 1.7, the org.w3c.dom.xpath.* package is not exported into the OSGi System bundle, which makes any classes in this namespace inaccessible for v2 plugins. This package is provided on the runtime classpath by the JRE.

This makes it difficult (impossible) for a plugin to depend on these classes as trying to bundle them into the plugin itself quickly leads you into a circle of OSGI hell.
