Word Import does not show proper structure

      If you choose Split by heading the import dialog of the word document import does not show the headings nay more. In Confluence 4 it worked.

            Created a specific Office connector CSS class to replace .icon-container class which was being overridden by Confluence and causing the text-indent issue.

            I have the same issue. The html is there, eg:
            <ul class="no-bullets level1">
            <li><span class="content-type-page icon-container">Heading 1</span></li>
            ...

            However, the style "icon-container" has
            text-index: -9999em;
            font-size: 0;

            Hence no visible headings.

            Tested on Chrome 25, Chrome 27 and IE 9

            OS is Win6 x64. Tested with IE8 and Chrome 25.
