Provide ability to add target attribute to an anchor.

Please add functionality to add the 'target' attribute to an anchor tag in a page. This allows a user to open such things as word and pdf documents without them having to replace the confluence window in which they are browsing.

Eg. <a href="somewhere" target="_new">
