The drop down doesn't allow you to change your personal homepage to be your personal space. ~wwalser is the user profile, not their personal space. I think this changed as a part of Space IA changes.

This drop down should probably be a link dialog anyway since every other piece of Confluence that lets you do this type of link creation uses that interaction.

I've heard that the personal home page feature is going away so maybe this bug doesn't need to be fixed.
