The test scripts themselves remain compatible with latest releases of Confluence however testers who try to take the straight forward path of testing against the bundled demo site will no longer get useful results. The bundled configuration does not match the latest demo site and cannot easily be made to match.
It should be noted that there is much discussion about ceasing to use (and support) this performance mechanism. Internally we will likely be switching to Soke
