When attaching a file into Confluence, the filename character casing is not preserved and forced to be lowercase.
This causes issues when versioning with existing documentations with different filename character casing. For example, attaching the document will actually create another file (all lowercase) in Confluence. Deleting one will delete both files. Nice. =o)
