custom space logo causes space notification of metadata changes to fail

      Steps to reproduce
      1. as user A, upload a custom space logo via sidebar
      2. as user B, watch the space
      3. as user A edit the space description

      Expect: User B gets notified of space description update
      Actual: Email does not get sent and the attached error gets thrown in the logs
