Recently updated macro is rendered to the page as an H2. The Table of Contents macro correctly creates a list item for "Recently Updated" but does not wrap the item in an anchor tag. This means that users are no longer able to jump to the recently updated section of the page from the table of contents Macro.

1. Insert a recently updated macro
2. Insert a table of contents macro

The table of contents macro does not link to the recently updated macro.
