Conditional Formatting Not Displayed for Some Excel Files

      At the moment I can't find any pattern as to what works and what doesn't. Re-saving the file in Office can sometimes fix it, but not always.

      Attached are two different copies of the same file, one works and one doesn't.

      Verified issue is occurring with the latest version of Office Connector (3.1.2) and Confluence (5.2).
