If I create a page with the following content
Subversion
Subversion should be used in preference to any alternatives when starting a new project.
Fire2 this should change in the future hosts the Subversion source repositories.
I don't get a break of any kind between the "project." and "Fire2".
If I add a line break either before or after the "h2. Subversion", then I get the proper paragraph breaks.
The introduction of a starting line break (either before or after the first heading) has a flow on effect to subsequent headings.
