Invalid Unicode character \uFFFD in German translations

      The German language pack contains several new translations which contain invalid characters instead of Umlauts, for example in editor tooltips. These characters are displayed as a black square with a question mark. Please see the attached screenshot for an example.

      tinymce.atlassian.insert_menu.hr_desc=Horizontale Trennlinie einf\uFFFDgen (----)

      It should be:

      tinymce.atlassian.insert_menu.hr_desc=Horizontale Trennlinie einf\u00FCgen (----)

      All message keys can be found by searching for "\uFFFD" in the properties files.

      I corrected all occurences at translations.atlassian.com.
