Blog comments appear in global summary, but not in space summary

      This is similar, but not the same as CONF-2028 or CONF-1834

      To recreate:
      1) add a blog post to a space
      2) add a comment to that post
      3) both the blog and the comment will appear in the global summary
      4) only the blog will appear in the space summary (although comments on regular pages will)
