Editor focus should be on the title field when the user forgets to type one

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      If the user tries to save an editor page without specifying a title, the page correctly comes back with an error to that effect. However, the input focus defaults to the page body editor, which is a bit jarring.

      It would be nicer if the focus defaulted to the title field in this case.
