[CONFSERVER-27945] Autoconvert of JIRA filter URLs does not work with JIRA 5.2

In versions of JIRA prior to 5.2, the URL of an issue filter would be of the format:

https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/IssueNavigator.jspa?reset=true&jqlQuery=project%20%3D%20CONF

If JIRA and Confluence are app-linked, then pasting this into the editor will autoconvert to a JIRA issues macro.

In JIRA 5.2, there is a new format:

https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=project%20%3D%20CONF

Pasting this into the Confluence editor does not autoconvert.
