While attaching files by Copy and Paste to a Confluence page, Confluence uses Kb (capital K, small b) to denote kilobytes whereas kB (or KiB) means kilobytes.

That's especially shameful as we are a technology company and additionally Confluence uses the correct abbreviations in a View Attachments page.
