Drag and Drop bugs with images under Chrome browser

1. Create a new page
2. Insert some text, an image and then some more text.
3. First bug: left-clicking on the image causes it to jump to another part of the page, instead of bringing up resize options.
4. Second bug: when you drag the image around, the cursor moves around in an erratic manner, as opposed to the slow/controlled movement seen on Firefox.

This makes it very difficult to deal with images under Chrome.
