Autoconvert cuts out anchor components from anchor links

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Paste an anchor link into the editor

      The editor will autoconvert the link however, the link to the anchor will be lost.

      Workaround

      If the user undoes the autoconvert, the anchor will be recovered.
