Include page macro is broken after changing the page name

1. On Page 1 which has include page macro, click Edit
2. Set the link using the spacekey:pagetitle to reference Page 2.
3. Click Save.
4. Page 2 content is displayed on Page 1.
5. Navigate to Page 2 and click Edit.
6. Change page title to another different one.
7. Click Save.
8. Navigate back to Page 1. refresh the page.
9. this error message appears:
Unable to render

The included page could not be found.
