Likes Notification Preferences (http://<confluence-url>/plugins/likes/view-notifications.action) should be incorporated into Email Settings (http://<confluence-url>/users/viewmyemailsettings.action). It'd be more convenient to have a single place to track such settings.

Therefore, when clicking on 'Manage Notifications', user should be redirected to http://<confluence-url>/users/viewmyemailsettings.action to manage the settings/preferences.
