Hide "Mail" options in Space Admin in OnDemand

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      The Mail functionality isn't possible in OnDemand, and is on the Restricted Functions list. It should be hidden from users, as we've seen a few support cases raised asking why it's not working.
