    Description

      NOTE: This bug report is for Confluence Server. Using Confluence Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

      Steps to reproduce:

      In a IE9

      1. Create a page, select any of the Page Layout options.
      2. Insert an image.
      3. You'll see that you won't be able to edit (resize,add effects)

      Workaround:

      Use Firefox or Chrome.
