Problem Description
When you have template macro as macro parameter, upon upgrading Confluence from 3.5 or prior to 4.3 which converts the template to rich text format. All the template variable which serves as macro parameter will be lost.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a template in Confluence 3.5
2. Include the following inside the template for example

   {note:title=@title@}Some note with @description@{note}
   

3. Save the template, and create page from that template
4. Upgrade Confluence to Confluence 4.3 and notice that all the parameter will be lost
