Excerpt include should allow user to browse to page to ensure correct reference

With the ability for a user to include pages from another space in a page, the user is required to know the exact space key and full title.

Most often a user has no idea what the space key is - only the space name. But, typing in the space name doesn't work and confluence doesn't prompt them in an autocomplete as to what the key might be.

Also, users don't typically know the exact page. In many other places and gadgets, the user can use the browse to browse for the page to include.

Having this same functionality when using the excerpt include would reduce the errors and improving getting the reference correct the first time.
