Excerpt includes should associate to tiny links instead of page names

      If you use an excerpt include and change the page's name, all associated excerpt includes based on that page break.
      It's good from a user's perspective to navigate/input the page name. But, the actual reference should be the tiny link to normalize the info and not be affected by a change in the page's name.
