Dashboard tab labels like "Popular", "All Updates" are not translated

    Description

      On the dashboard, the labels for the 4 tabs in the right hand column are not translated into german or french.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Set the user's language to german or french.
      • Navigate to the dashboard
      • Result: the tab labels above the activity stream are in english:
        Popular / All Updates / Favourite Spaces / Network

      Expected Result: The labels should be translated as they were in Confluence 4.2.x.
