Copy/paste of JIRA issue links into editor looks like it works when it doesn't

If you copy/paste the output of an unauthenticated JIRA issue macro from a Confluence page into the editor, then the pasted macro looks like an actual JIRA issue macro, but the link to authenticate doesn't work.

This is confusing for users.

Some possible solutions (there may be others):

• Make the link not look like a JIRA issue macro when it is pasted into the editor. For example, by removing the styles that make it look like a JIRA issue macro.
• Make copy/paste for JIRA issue macros work when copying from a page and pasting into the editor.
