Looks like attachment icons for files like pdf, zip, etc. are not being displayed anymore in search or recently updated.

Tested with out-of-the-box Confluence 4.3.1 and in OnDemand.

Workaround

Use Firefox or Chrome, as neither of these browsers experience this issue.
