Have a 'Continue Numbering' button

      A Continue Numbering button would be so good. The Shift+Enter functionality works, but i'm entering code boxes and pictures that i dont want indented, but i want to continue numbering after.

            This issue isn't incorporated in the linked issue. That one is about numbered headings, this is about numbered lists. they don't seem to cover both.
