Create home directory for user confluence during installation

      On linux platforms, Confluence does not create a home directory for the user confluence created during the installation.

      Confluence does not need this folder itself, but some plugins store some information in that folder by default, which leads to this error: Could not lock User prefs Unix error code 2

      Could we create the home directory during the installation?
